Exhibitions and news:

New images have been added to the thresholds section of the website, as the project continues to grow and develop. The newest images are from the California desert and the mountains of North Carolina, and feature (among other things), a cello, 30 feet of fabric, bales of hay, old photographs, little houses made of white paper, and a fish... oh, and me sometimes... or other people standing in for me. Yes.

I've also added a second thresholds section which shows digital and color versions of some of the images from this series. The bulk of the series continues to be shot on medium and large format black and white film, and printed in the darkroom... while the digital and color images have a different look or feel to them, I still consider relevant to thresholds, and now include some of them here as well.

A mixed media photographic piece of mine is featured in the January, 2010 group exhibition at Hive Gallery in downtown Los Angeles.

A selection of images from the Signs From God series was featured in a solo exhibition at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California, from August 31 - October 12, 2009.

Several images from the series Revised Edition, which documents censorship of library books in Singapore, were included in the "Retractions" exhibition at Root Division Gallery in San Francisco in January, 2009.

I am continuing to add additional images from additional countries to the travel photography section of the site. Long-overdue images from Russia and Mexico are posted at last. More countries are coming... really they are...
